Historic Broadway is two blocks away, the Bridgestone Arena is three blocks away, the Convention Center is four blocks away, the Ryman Auditorium is three blocks away. There is a YMCA and the main library around the corner. Great restaurants, cafes, and art galleries two blocks away on the Avenue of the Arts (5th Ave). Wonderful shops and restaurants on Church street, which is at the end of our block. There is a grocery store on Church Street between 4th and 5th ave.

You can walk to everything around downtown. You can also hop on mobile scooters (by Bird, Lyft, Lime, etc) or a bike nearby. You don't really need a car to get around downtown Nashville from our condo, but if decide to drive, there are metered street parking spaces in front of the building and a pay lot across the street. Valet Parking is also available at Homewood Suites at the end of the block for $40 per day. There are metered parking spaces in front of the building for loading and unloading. The metered parking is free from 6 pm to 8 am and on certain weekends and holidays.
